Importance of our Contact Us Page

It is our office policy that every client has the right to communicate with us as soon as possible so for us, that means generally if it’s email, it’s answered within minutes. If it’s phone call, the rule is no await of no more than 24 hours. Sometimes what we do is try to set up times that are good for our clients keeping in mind their work schedules and their own personal schedules. What I find when we do set up phone conferences that way is that my client has their own questions ready. They know that I’m going to be calling. They know what they want to ask me and it’s a much more efficient use of their time and in my time in terms of incurring attorney’s fees. They’re ready for the phone call. With emails, it’s the same thing. Not all questions can be answered by email. Sometimes it requires more in-depth discussion but I check my email constantly. I’m generally available to my clients 24/7. Of course, if they have an emergency, I’m always available. A most common ground for filing a divorce is irretrievable breakdown of the marriage.
